AERIAL DAY CAMP
Aerial Teens/Tweens Day Camp is an immersive experience that weaves together a fun and dynamic style of yoga with mindfulness practices that can help promote self-esteem, self-awareness and better interpersonal relationships.
Camp begins with a mini mindfulness meditation, followed by a fun 1 hour long aerial yoga practice. We will then break (please bring a light snack and drink) and tap into our creativity with an art + craft. In our last hour, we'll get back into our aerial hammocks for a more relaxing, restorative yoga experience.
No previous aerial experience required! For ages 8 - 15.
Please have them bring a water bottle.
Runs: 10:00am to 1:00pm on the dates listed to the right.

Aerial Tweens/Teens Yoga
For ages 9-14 we will blend traditional elements of a floor based yoga practice with the exciting, challenging, and fun form of aerial yoga. Yoga is a valuable tool to build physical strength, enhance proprioceptive awareness, develop inner-self (or interoceptive) awareness and foster greater resiliency through the practice of breath work and mindfulness, ending with a deeply restful float in the silk cocoon.
No prior experience with yoga or aerial yoga is required!
Space is limited to 11

Investment: $224 for 8 sessions (silk rental included in price).
